Description

Vintage eastern Sioux bag circa 1880 in lovely condition. This bag has amazing amount of workmanship put into it from all the beaded edgework, fabric use, and complex beaded designs. Floral pictorials are represented on one side and a geometric pattern on the other. Velvet is on both sides, and the edgework has red muslin fabric stitched in. Truly an amazing and intricate Sioux bag.  Bag is 6.5” x 4.5”. We will be offering a large private estate collection of Plains & Plateau beadwork over the next several weeks.
