This offer is for a pair of two high mint 1909 Russia Imperial Arms issued 25 Kopek (Type A11, Scott #83) green-grey violet stamps that were surcharged/overprinted with a black hand stamped Type g 10 r in 1920 Armenia (Scott #148a). Perf 14x14½, SCV = /Each
Condition: All of the stamps are mint, never hinged with their original gum.
I am not an expert on stamps but I would say they can be graded as at least very fine.
