Laktan Mini is used to determine the percentage of Fat, Solids-non-fat (SNF), Protein, Density and Added water in a sample of fresh whole, preserved, pasteurized, normalized, powder milk, skimmed milk and a long storage milk. The average measurement time is not more than 180 sec.
The analyzer’s power supply with a wide range of AC voltage 100-260V ensures stable operation of the analyzer in the most extreme conditions in the field where there are significant voltage fluctuations in the network. Power consumption is not more than 40W. The analyzer can work with the 12V car battery, which will allow you to use it effectively during milk reception from the private farms.
