23774 Floodlite Tower Metal House in VERY High Grade With  OB
Again, from my personal collection is this 23774 floodlight tower in the OB as pictured.  Nice piece and OB is as seen in the pics.  Was sold to me as E+  many years ago and I have only once taken it out of the box, so it's still about the same.  To me it looks at least E+, maybe better; those who grade trains using a microscope please do not bid on it.    NO rust/etc.  Super well preserved and a decent box too.  The paint is all there and house is perfect.  What's in the photos is what you will get.  All the original lite bulbs still intact.  The original green roof is included.
This version I have for sale has a nicer box and more paper to it than the other one (the plastic house version)
