Description

This is a  1976 Datsun 280Z engine . It was loose  when I bought the Z project from a fellow in Phoenix. It lost the rear freeze plug while driving it, he .told me.Was running fine before. No clue if damage was done before he shut it down. I would plan for full rebuild but you may get lucky.  L28 block with N47 head and N42 intake. What you see is what you get. Instead of pulling this apart into a million pieces, I am going to first try and sell it complete.  Complete with  intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injection,throttle body,etc. . If you are thinking of replacing your L28 engine, this will be a great one to work with.  It is on a pallet ready to go if you want to arrange truck freight. Or pick up at my shop in Prescott Valley , Az . I travel around the country with my truck and trailer mostly on the West Coast and might be able to help get it to you or close.
